Good Luck Bay Bay
Sorry, I know it's been a while. What with all the holiday hubbub and winter weather worries, I've been keeping myself busy. But, I wanted to share the latest piece I've been working on with y'all.
As all you sports fans know, the Denver Broncos will be taking on the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XVIII come this Sunday. Football is practically a way of life for Southerners, but for the folks of Dublin, GA February 2nd's competition holds special meaning since one of their own will be taking the field.
The Denver Bronco's wide receiver Demaryius Thomas grew up in Laurens Country, graduating from West Laurens High School in 2006. After a stellar career at Georgia Teach with 120 catches and 14 TDs, Thomas was drafted by the Denver Broncos 22nd overall in the 2010 Draft. Since making his NFL debut, Bay Bay has become quite the role model for Dublin kiddos, with orange jerseys numbering 88 practically becoming a must own item.
So, when I was recently asked if I'd shoot and edit a quick video from his family and friends wishing him good luck in the Super Bowl, how could I say no? He's done so much for the City of Dublin, it's the least I could do.
So, here it is, a look at the final product. Hope you enjoy!
